Building a Dalton 260 35%
Ralph starts out with pieces and glue. Thank God for these little clamps. Ralph has started the main part of the motor box. Here he has attached the motor box and the bulk heads.
Now he has started to put the rest of the bulk heads together on the table. Here is starting the stringers. And more stringers. And more.
Now he has started to sheet the fuselage and clamp. Trying the pilot in for size. Ralph is now gluing the sheet together for sheeting the wing. He has painted the cockpit area.
Most of the sheeting on the fuselage is done and is trial fitting the cowl. He is getting ready to take the tape and glue the sheeting to the foam cores. Now that the glue is dry, he will start to cut out the ailerons.  Now he is cutting out the holes for the servos.
Waiting For  More  Pictures.
